## Mega Packaging Bespoke Products Terms & Conditions
*1. Introduction*
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bespoke packaging products offered by Mega Packaging (“We” or “Us”). By placing an order for bespoke packaging products, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
*2. Customised Items – No Return or Refund*
Please be aware that due to the customised nature of our bespoke packaging products, we are unable to offer returns or refunds once your order has been confirmed and production has begun. This includes any errors or omissions identified after the order has been placed. It is your responsibility to thoroughly review and approve all design mockups before production commences.
*3. CMYK Color Options Only*
Our bespoke packaging products are printed using the CMYK color model. We cannot currently accommodate printing with white ink. Please ensure your chosen design utilizes colors within the CMYK spectrum.
*4. Delivery Options*
We offer two delivery options for bespoke packaging products:

These Terms are in addition to our general Terms & Conditions, which can be found on our website. In the event of any conflict between these Bespoke Product Terms and our general Terms & Conditions, these Bespoke Product Terms will prevail.
